For each Maintenance Manual Chapter which addresses equipment contained within CASCADE, develop and /or inspect a list of questions to be asked within CASCADE. Separate lists of questions, along with any required text, will be developed for each inspection type listed in the Chapter. Listing to provide Field Name, Field Prompt, Field Type, Units (if applicable), applicable paragraph number, and whether the question currently exists within CASCADE or must be added. For each question which currently exists within CASCADE, identify if the readings history is trendable and if the previous history should be retained. Consider Memo fields as well. Identify which questions which currently exist will NOT be utilized going forward. Identify all inspections/patrols currently within Cascade. Correlate these to required maintenance activities required in to identify which inspections/patrols will be eliminated, performed utilizing , and will NOT be effected by but will
be retained. Prepare, review & approve a detailed plan to test the successful incorporation of within CASCADE 3.31 on the CASCADE 3.31 test platform prior to migration. Test plan should sample questions triggers, mx programs, history transition and recovery, inspection and patrol generation.REQUIRED SKILLS:• Detailed familiarity with CASCADE software at the system administrator level.• Familiarity with SQL Databases to develop script programs for automatic generation of maintenance work orders.• Familiarity with automated work order systems, such as STORMS•Min 5 years previous electrical utility experience with maintenance of components used in substation and distribution systems.• Experience with Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes for documentation and analysis.• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Ability to work independently, with limited supervision to accomplish assigned goals.
