Consult departments and team members to develop and refine analytical solutions to client business problems. Through the use of database and sales force automation software (listed below), the candidate will be responsible for design of database marketing campaigns and data driven sales efforts by Account Executives (AEs). Create complex queries and reports to select appropriate individuals for inclusion and exclusion of campaigns. Create Data Extracts of various formats and complexity for use by Mail and Telemarketing vendors and AEs. Responsible for the accuracy of all marketing projects. Perform quality control checks by performing statistical reports to evaluate: frequencies, Min, Max, Mode, and Cross- Tabs. Provide Cross-Reference Verify data against core application systems vs. external data sources. Develop complex computer programs to manipulate data, clean data, merge data from external sources and report results of projects. Load, Maintain, and Doc
ument all data/aspects of each campaign. BA in Computer Science or Database Marketing experience, preferable. Primary Research experience, preferably in secondary research. Experiences with SQL required. Demonstrated experience with demographic, firmographic, psychographic and financial information. Superior analytical skills coupled with solid oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks. In depth experience using Database and Reporting software such as Access, Excel, Power Point, SPSS, etc. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required. Adherence to deadlines is imperative. Must be extremely detail oriented and able to work well under pressure. Organizational skills are essential to keep track of the projects executed. We are currently seeking a full time Marketing and Proposal Manager to develop and manage the overall marketing efforts of our energy efficiency consulting business. This individual is expected to stay in tune with the energy efficiency industry in order to best serve the company objective. We are looking for candidates who are self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, who can work well independently or in a team environment, and who have a clear focus on high quality. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Work closely with Energy Solutions’ staff in each practice area to track and screen new proposal solicitations of interest from local, federal and government agencies, and develop proposals for current and prospective program services. • Manage the full cycle of the proposal development process, including but not limited to: developing and aggressively managing proposal development schedule; tracking communications from issuer of RFP and communicating changes to proposal team; managing the proposal team; ensuring timely coordination of all proposal elements, including insurance and other compliance documentation; writing and editing; developing or overseeing development of graphics and charts; and overseeing production and delivery of the final proposal. • Oversee company wide marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. • Lead marketing efforts through extensive written initiatives, and coordinate correspondence with industry insiders and existing clients. • Develop and update marketing collateral such as brochures, guides and newsletters for both print and online media. • Direct updates of company web pages for maximum overall user experience. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing related subject. • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing / clean-tech or energy field preferred. • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Able to motivate via written media. • Impeccable attention to detail balanced by an equally strong view of the larger objective. • Demonstrated success in writing and formatting proposals. • Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness. • Computer skills: Expert in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Must truly love to write and do so beautifully as well as with great conviction. Clear Channel Energy Consultants is currently seeking quality individuals to help grow our Outside Independent Consultant group. We are currently offering a best in class compensation program for those who are motivated and prepared to dedicate the time and effort to build a successful business. This position is a 1099 position, which is entirely commission based, and as an Outside Independent Consultant we currently do not offer benefits. Compensation income is based on a shared percentage of the revenue generated from each account signed up. Since we have numerous agreements in place with suppliers throughout the United States, those working with us will have the flexibility to sell in multiple markets, without load and/or size requirements. There are two compensation payment methods, and are based on supplier payment agreements: Upfront Payment Any account signed through a Retail Electric Provider (REP) that offers payment upfront, shall also be paid to a Consultant upfront as well. These payments generally take 30 days from the acceptance of an account from the REP during their enrollment process. Monthly Residual Payment Any account signed through a Retail Electric Provider (REP) that offer monthly residual payments, shall also be paid to the consultant on a monthly residual basis as well. These payments are generally made after the customer has made payment on their first bill with the REP. Monthly Residual payments begin approximately 30 to 45 days after the first meter read. Our goal is to provide the services and support to allow you to market energy services without hassle. This goes beyond marketing collateral and agent portals, offering you peace of mind that your customers are handled professionally and that you are realistically informed. Members of our Outside Consultant Group can expect an earning potential of $75,000 - $100,000 during their first year. This being said, success begins with a strong sales funnel and dedicated time of at least 4 to 5 hours a day prospecting for most individuals.
